1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Arizal, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and (if you use developer features) our API & MCP Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your password and API keys confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by assistants or apps you authorize via API keys or MCP OAuth.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.

3. The service

Arizal provides productivity tools (tasks, goals, habits, planning, reflections, workspaces) and optional integrations and developer access. Features may change as we improve the product. Early access / beta features may be incomplete or unstable.

The service is provided for personal and lawful business productivity use. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in Arizal. You grant us a limited license to host, process, backup, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you (including syncing to integrations you enable and exposing data to API/MCP clients you authorize).

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include abusing the API, attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, harassing others, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are described in the Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms where applicable.

7. Integrations & third parties

Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar or WHOOP) are provided by third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data accuracy, or changes to their APIs.

8. API & MCP access

If you use our public API, API keys, or MCP OAuth, the API & MCP Terms apply in addition to these Terms. We may throttle, revoke, or limit access to protect the platform.

9. Intellectual property

Arizal, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Arizal or its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARIZAL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Arizal against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive termination.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice when practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
