Cookie Policy
How Arizal uses essential storage and optional analytics. We do not use advertising trackers in the current product.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage for preferences. Some are essential to keep you signed in; others remember UI settings.
2. Essential cookies & storage
These are required for the service to work. Disabling them may break login or navigation.
- Authentication refresh cookie (httpOnly): keeps your session alive securely.
- Active workspace cookie (lifeos.activeWorkspaceId): remembers which workspace URL to open.
- Consent preference (arizal.cookie-consent.v1): remembers the analytics choice you made.
3. Functional preferences
Stored in localStorage (or similar) on your device so the UI looks the way you left it:
- Theme and accent preferences (for example lifeos-theme, lifeos-accent-*).
- Landing page theme preference (lifeos-lp-theme).
- Other non-tracking UI settings such as layout preferences.
4. Optional analytics & advertising
If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics tags that help us understand page usage and improve Arizal. Analytics does not load before this choice. We keep advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization disabled, and we do not use advertising pixels in the current product.
Do not send task titles, document content, health data, email addresses, or other sensitive user content to analytics. Analytics events should contain only non-sensitive product interactions and technical page information.
5. How to manage cookies
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
- Use the Cookie settings button in Arizal to change your analytics choice at any time.
- Clear site data to reset preferences and sign-out state.
- Essential cookies cannot be fully disabled while using the logged-in product.
