Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using Arizal, including the web app, API, and MCP connections.

1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Arizal. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to:
- Violate any law or regulation, or infringe others’ rights.
- Upload or distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code.
- Attempt unauthorized access, probe, or disrupt our systems or other users.
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or billing.
- Harvest data at scale beyond what your account and authorized scopes allow.
- Share account credentials or API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Arizal.
- Use the service to build a competing product by systematically scraping our APIs without written permission.
- Process special categories of data in ways that violate applicable law without a lawful basis.
3. API & MCP specific rules
- Keep secrets secure; rotate or revoke keys if compromised.
- Request only the scopes you need; respect workspace isolation.
- Comply with documented rate limits (subject to change).
- Do not embed long-lived secrets in public client-side code or public repositories.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend, or terminate access without prior notice when needed to protect users or the platform. Contact support@arizal.app to appeal. Last updated: 19 July 2026.
