Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Arizal. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

You may not use the service to:

• Violate any law or regulation, or infringe others’ rights.
• Upload or distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access, probe, or disrupt our systems or other users.
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or billing.
• Harvest data at scale beyond what your account and authorized scopes allow.
• Share account credentials or API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Arizal.
• Use the service to build a competing product by systematically scraping our APIs without written permission.
• Process special categories of data in ways that violate applicable law without a lawful basis.

• Keep secrets secure; rotate or revoke keys if compromised.
• Request only the scopes you need; respect workspace isolation.
• Comply with documented rate limits (subject to change).
• Do not embed long-lived secrets in public client-side code or public repositories.

We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend, or terminate access without prior notice when needed to protect users or the platform. Contact support@arizal.app to appeal. Last updated: 19 July 2026.
